Usag Level 6 Floor Music Requirements

Here are the updated level 7 gymnastics requirements that will come into effect on august 1 2018.

Usag level 6 floor music requirements.

No time warning is given on floor exercise. Deduct for any missing value parts from the start value. Floor exercise music must be recorded digitally. Floor 1 acro series with at least 3 elements 2 must have flight 1 salto or aerial acro element dance passage with minimum of 2 different leaps jumps hops 1 must be a 180 split.

Level 6 gymnastics requirements. Floor routine is less than 30 seconds either complete or incomplete 1. Deduct for any missing special requirements from start value. Information for other gymnastics levels can be found here.

Chief judge deducts 2 00 from the average score. Meet directors of all sanctioned events must provide options to play only digital copies of music mp3 players computers tablets etc and are no longer required to provide compact disc players. To compete in level 7 gymnastics a gymnast must be able to do the following skills on each of the four events.
