Keep your usb flash drive connected and check it in disk management.
Usb stick driver not found.
Try plugging into a different computer or usb port unplug the usb stick from the current port and computer and try plugging into a different computer and or usb port.
The usb hub does not supply enough power for your drive.
You have a usb device connected to a usb port on the hub.
Try a different computer.
You reconnect the same usb device or a different usb device to the same usb port on the hub.
Thus to fix a usb flash drive that is not recognized by your computer you first need to check the device in disk management and then repair it according to the reasons.
You safely remove the usb device from the usb port.
Back to the main interface click apply and then proceed to initiate the pending formatting operation.
